Joseph Egbri, popularly known as Prince Kpokpogri, a well-known socialite and ex-lover of Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh, has promised to become a landlord in the same location where his house was demolished in only one week.
Prince Kpokpogri broke the hearts of his fans earlier today when he stated that his multi-million naira Abuja home had been demolished.
Though the office of the minister who ordered the destruction acknowledged that the house was located in the midst of a yet-to-be-built expressway, Kpokpogri claimed that the demolition was simply a result of his unwillingness to sell his property to some people who had offered him cash for it.
He went on to say that he would not rent again and that he would find a new home in the same neighborhood within a week.
“On the one-year anniversary of my senior buddy Ned Nwoko’s opening of my house in Abuja, the Minister ordered its demolition after several people offered money to buy it, which I turned down. I can’t be a tenant in Abuja. I’ll be a landlord again in Abuja in the same neighborhood by next week.”
