Specific Information for Health Professional Levels
Health Professional Level 2 (HP2)
This position is tailored for Neurophysiology Scientists who have gained approximately 12 months of hands-on experience. The role provides excellent opportunities for learning, professional growth and mentorship, setting you on a path to eventually qualify for HP3 positions.
Health Professional Level 3 (HP3)
This advanced role requires proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. As an HP3, you will oversee staff, ensure high-quality service delivery and champion continuous improvement efforts. Candidates for this position must have a demonstrated history of leadership within healthcare settings.
