A Nigerian couple has provoked conversations online after it was discovered they dedicated their newborn to their ancestors.
The couple whose name cannot be ascertained as of the time of filing this report was seen with the baby in images shared online.
The baby was wrapped in a piece of white fabric as the father and mother struck a pose in their white outfits beautified with a touch of Isi Agu.

In a separate photo which looks like a full family picture, the couple and eight kids are featured in a group photograph.
The couple was also taken in a worship hall where congregants were seated orderly.
Reports have it the child was dedicated in line with an Igbo cultural practice and was in honour of Chukwu Okike Abiama.
Chukwu Abiama is said to be a pagan god and when translated means the “god that reveals”.

A young Nigerian woman has elicited lovely reactions online after sharing images of a big baby bump before delivery.
The lady who recently gave birth to triplets shared images of her looks before delivery with her TikTok account.
In the compilation ., she shared photos of a visible linea nigra (the dark line that develops on the stomach during pregnancy), images of her triplets and those of her husband with the babies.
